Partial Demolition

Our work on this 2 storey house located in Collaroy featuring brick walls and timber involved the demolition of half the house (front half). Our comprehensive services included soft strip-out, roof removal, precise excavator usage, tree and vegetation removal, and comprehensive site cleanup. Throughout the process, we prioritised the preservation of one perimeter wall to align with our client’s requirements.
